The French Conversation Group meets twice a month for an instructive discussion in and about French.

A French book containing short dialogues and conversations is read and discussed. Participants are encouraged to speak in French as much as possible. Pronunciation and grammar suggestions and corrections will be mentioned, but no stigma is attached to getting it wrong: trying is the best way to improve.

We are using a book for Short Stories for Beginners, which you can get at Amazon through Amazon, World of Books or any good bookshop.
